    I retained this firm with a former IRS collection attorney to help settle tax trust fund amounts through an offer in compromise. After the final appeals attempt, I agreed to a settlement amount and the attorney "forgot" to send the appeals officer an acceptance of offer. I now have to start all over, with a better job and the new OIC amount will increase $90k. After paying 300 dollars / hour for counsel, how can you tell your client you "forgot"! Read less
