Throughout her career, Jasmyn has successfully secured employment-based and family-based visas, humanitarian visas, green cards, and U.S. citizenship for countless individuals. In Immigration Court, she has defeated deportation, won complex dismissals, and secured grants for 42A Cancellation of Removal, asylum, and administrative closure in high-stakes cases. Her appeals of USCIS denials have led to life-changing case approvals. In family court, Jasmyn represents clients in divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support disputes with compassion and relentless dedication.
A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Jasmyn earned distinctions in Trial Advocacy and Health Law and Policy, was named a Center Scholar for Law, Science, and Innovation, and graduated with pro bono honors. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family and three beloved dogs.
