Harper Law PLC is a law firm with an office in Phoenix, AZ. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing real estate, employment, business and 1 other area of law.
It was a pleasure meeting Kevin, he restored my faith in lawyers and the law offices. Especially the smaller firms that do large tasks. They focus on the individual service and individuals as a human not a number. Kevin was the gentleman and the individual that will always answer his phone and call you back. He always give you the comfort that you dealing with a friend and a family. What a great human what a great lawyer. I will continue recommending Kevin to all.
An outstanding individual, it was the best human i ever have the pleasure to meet It was recommended to me by a large firm in Arizona. I walked to their offices and walked immediately out. I was a number in that firm. I was not a human, I was a client. I want to be a guest a human and talk with humans that can assist me and make me feel like I am a part of them. I worked with large company and dealt with different firms. Boy what I will give to only deal with Kevin. He never says no.

KEVIN R. HARPER represented me in an HOA foreclosure. He SCAMMED me and DRAGGED OUT my CASE and the ANSWER. He also MANIPULATED an Excessive Bill and caused me STRESS. He has LIED about me in his Review Responses Mr. Harper has stated that I ---Question/Resist his recommended approach at EVERY turn ---Second-guesses EVERY strategic decision ---Further states other similar remarks There were only 3 things I questioned 1. Why was he NOT supplying an ANSWER to the Courts? 2. Why did he Contact the Opposing Party 9 times? 3. Why Drag Out the Case for 2 months? Why drag things out when I had the funds to close the case at the start? TO SCAM FOR MORE MONEY!!! I hired Him to Negotiate the Debt, which he Did NOT do. The courts web site and all the videos I watched, Address the Severity of NOT supplying an ANSWER. If NOT delivered on time, You will Lose your Case; My Home, in this Case.
