For over 50 years, the personal injury and business law and litigation lawyers of Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally, P.C. have provided trusted, respected, quality legal services to Arizona's citizens and businesses. Our personal injury and business litigation lawyers effect significant positives for Arizona. We enforce duties of good faith in insurance, duties of care in medical practice, product safety and worker safety. We represent businesses for entity disputes, business torts, intellectual property and other issues. We represented Arizona against El Paso Gas, producing important gas utility concessions including natural gas infrastructure upgrades and funding for Low Income Energy Assistance Program. We produced the largest sex discrimination class action settlement and the largest age discrimination verdict in Arizona.

Our business lawyers advise businesses, individuals, and developers in many sophisticated business, financial and real estate transactions. Excellent attorney. Thoroughly prepared case well in advance of trial. Kept multiple plaintiff clients well informed of case status by email and face-to-face meetings. Skillfully handled winning responses to opponent's pre-trial motions. It is very likely that the time spent at the outset of the case to prepare the voluminous initial disclosure hastened the ultimately favorable settlement.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
