Hired Attorney James T. Giel

One of the most honest and thoughtful people I have ever met. I cannot recommend Mr. Giel enough. He was always helpful in his advice, and very professional in his performance.
I cannot say enough good about him and the great quality of his services.

Hired Attorney Scott A. Malm

Mr. Malm was highly recommended to me for his expertise in real estate legal knowledge from a title clerk I was working with in Phoenix. She saw I had signed some legal papers without going through a title company, therefore, I did not get title insurance and I was about to lose $480,000 cash. I had been taken advantage of by a scam artist and was about to lose my life savings. She said she has seen Mr. Malm in action and if anyone could help me it would be him. I contacted him and he spoke freely and openly to me about the trouble I was in. He told me EXACTLY what I would need in order to win a lawsuit to capture the $480,000 I was about to lose. He didn't try to push me in to see him without giving me any advice. I was able to get the required paperwork and I got the $480,000 I was owed within three weeks. Thank you Very Much Mr. Malm for helping me with the law and your time.

Hired Attorney Jennifer N. MacLennan

Jennifer is the attorney that advices the SUSD. I am at all the board meetings and I find her commnets only support the position of the Superintendent/Board President and Libby Hartwells. I have several attorneys in my family as well as a friend that is an attorney. I have discussed these topics with them. During a recent school board meeting where the superintendent was under fire she told the board members that they were not to share any disparging remarks about him. In addition there was a teacher who was found to be looking at porn on his phone and this was captured and filmed by students. The parents brought it to the authorities that be and he was only given a 2 week suspension and made to publically appologise. I am in educations and had a similar situation in the district in which I worked and the employee was fired on the spot. I believe she is liberal and leans to the liberal side when giving her advice.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
