GAMESQ, PLC is a Black-owned personal injury law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by attorney Garrick McFadden, a USC Law graduate who holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the profession’s highest peer rating for legal ability and ethics. Representation in the legal profession is scarce. According to Arizona State Bar demographic data, only a small fraction of active Arizona attorneys identify as Black. GAMESQ exists to close that representation gap—to give injured Arizonans a trial-ready advocate who reflects and understands the communities he serves. That mission ladders to everything the firm does, from where it’s located to how it treats clients.
Garrick built GAMESQ after years on the other side, defending insurance companies. He knows how claims get evaluated and devalued—and he uses that knowledge for injured people now.
