Mr. Bonner did an excellent service in resolving a dispute with a luxury home contractor with whom I'd made a joint venture agreement for construction of a spec home on a Phoenix hillside. The agreement provided that I pay for land purchase and all construction costs. My property would be later sold, with profits divided half and half. Upon completion, the contractor then demanded an immediate 'fire sale'. Kevin prevented such from happening.
She was never very friendly on the phone. She sent a large amount of unnecessary emails, and then, of course, charged me for the time it took her to write them. I never even met her because she had someone else in the practice meet with me when I came to the office. The experience was not at all what I had expected after she had been recommended to me from an out of state lawyer friend.
Feel like they told me I had a case and dragged on process that resulted in a big financial hardship for me personally.
Bottom Feeder.
Sheryl is INCOMPETENT - her legal analysis is all over the place and so is Her legal writing skills. Please DO NOT hire her for complex cases - she is so so for garden variety cases - never returns phone calls - not sure why a big law firm like Caplan and Ernest has hired her- mark my words she will be fired as she is incompetent
