Tanita.. The Parents/Retirees/Executors, had already, officially retired in, or, around, 1975, &, had already, set-up an estate planning layout, incl. but, not, limited to: wills, a Children's Irrevocable Present Interest Trust-dtd.-1978(original) & a Revocable "Living" Family Trust/w Spousal/@ death, provisions, w secondary beneficiaries (future).The Parents, worth, was approx. 3.8mil.,, this, after, having to sue one, infamous, con-man, Charles Keating,Jr. in, or, around 1980-1982?Settling for approx.10 mil.÷2
