Hired Attorney

Erik spent a lot of time reviewing my case, evidence and then failed to apply it appropriately at temporary orders. He missed huge opportunities, made big errors, came unprepared to court, was slow, dismissive and railroaded/weak in court. He lied to me about appealing/filing a motion to reconsider even though we had due cause. Last minute he suddenly changed his tune, trying to get me to pay more for a half-assed last ditch attempt. He ruined my case at the start, and my life. Rebuilding now, he has caused me a lot of undue pain and money and put my child in danger. Do. Not. Hire.
