He missed huge opportunities, made big errors, came unprepared to court, was slow, dismissive and railroaded/weak in court. He lied to me about appealing/filing a motion to reconsider even though we had due cause. Last minute he suddenly changed his tune, trying to get me to pay more for a half-assed last ditch attempt.
