Paper shuffler - very little done for large fee

I knew upfront that I would be charged for any correspondence I sent them; what I didn't agree with is that I was charged by the attorney/paralegal for reading my e-mails, but neither bothered to address any of my concerns, issues, or questions in those e-mails. The response time and communication on their behalf was bad. I would only hear from the law firm when a deadline to file a court document was approaching.

The best way to say it clean would be they suck.They do everything they can to up the bill.They will take you for every penny you have and quickly.They don't work for you they work for themselves.They took five months to stop child support payments from coming out of my check.I talked to them about this every 2 weeks.They charged me for every call but they did nothing to stop it.I went to des turned in a court copy of the order that I was no longer responsible for child support and it stopped.
