Daryl Williams is an outstanding trial lawyer. One of the first to use electronic devices in the courtroom. He has been in front of me many times over my 34 years on the bench. I am still full time on Superior Court, Maricopa County. He is very professional and cooperative with court and counsel. Have never heard a negative word about him. He is actually a joy to have in trial because he is very well prepared and moves fast without wasting court time--but his success ratio is way up there.
I presided as trial judge over a 10-12 month jury trial on a complex white-collar (accounting fraud) where Mr. Williams was counsel for one of two defendants. He did an outstanding job!
Our company was sued in Arizona court by one of the largest corporations in the world. That's a scary thing in that a loss had the potential of bankrupting our firm. After a two month trial, the jury quickly came back with a defense verdict. And, we were awarded our attorney fees!
