Benjamin & Associates, P.C. marks the beginning of a new chapter in immigration law. Since 2008, the firm has been dedicated to representing immigrants and their families. The strong client relationships and the professional development of its team have been central to its success. Under the mentorship of Mr. John Pope, the founder of Pope & Associates, the firm flourished, with his guidance shaping the careers of many young attorneys. Following Mr. Pope’s passing in August 2022, the firm continues to honor his legacy. He was a highly respected figure in the immigration law community in Phoenix and received a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award from the Arizona Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Now, under new leadership, the firm is transitioning to Benjamin & Associates, P.C.
While the firm name has changed, its commitment to providing exceptional service to clients remains the same. As part of this transition, Benjamin & Associates, P.C. will launch a new website and brand, carrying forward the excellence that defined Pope & Associates.
