I have only one complaint ....everything else was done very well
the info I provided to go to closing in reference to my NJ property tax rebate was somehow "lost" in the process & was never filed as part of the closing agreement/money settlement ...so we seem to be out of almost $500.00 owed to us ...which we were told was the buyers lawyers mistake & hopefully that we could get it back after closing ....after many emails regarding this ...we now get no response from the lawyer at all .not happy
Find someone else! Grab a homeless guy off the street. This guy is a freaking puppet. He might as well work for the prosecutor. I'm not a lawyer, but I honestly believe I have a better working knowledge of the law....wish I did back then. If you want things miscalculated, mishandled and to have to actually go to his office and knock on the door because he won't return a phonecall....this is your guy! Good Luck
