Wayne failed to file our companies’ immigration paperwork despite being paid to do so on day 1 and have 6 months to file it. After we realized it was expired we had to contact the PA BAR just to elicit a response (he was terrible at responding prior also) and finally Wayne admits he forgot to file and only offers a small partial refund. I later found he has been lacking on compliance courses as well. You can’t find a more incompetent attorney.
