In this role, he diligently prepared mediation memoranda and pre-hearing memoranda for all of Samuel H. Pond's cases, demonstrating his commitment to thorough and comprehensive legal work. His responsibilities also extended to drafting briefs and conducting legal research on complex issues related to toxic torts and workers' compensation.
