About Todd H. Zamostien

Todd H. Zamostien, Esq. has spent almost twenty years as a litigator, making a career out of helping people, whether their injury came as a result of a motor vehicle accident, a slip and fall, or a natural disaster.

While Todd now focuses his practice on premises liability matters, he began his career additionally representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, products liability claims, dram shop, and nursing home matters. Todd has also represented homeowners on building defect claims and in complex construction litigation matters. Notably, Todd also served as FEMA's Lead Legal Advisor for the Hurricane Harvey Disaster, helping the survivors of one of the largest natural disasters in Texas history.

Todd prides himself on his tenacity and professionalism as a client advocate. With additional litigation experience as a defense attorney, he also understands how insurance companies review and evaluate each claim and uses that knowledge to help his clients obtain the best possible verdict or outcome.

Todd received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Emory University and graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was Staff Editor of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal and clerked for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Zamostien is barred and in good standing with the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Outside of the office, Todd enjoys writing and performing music locally as a guitarist. His previous band, Midnight Singers, released 3 studio albums, with the second release named by the Philadelphia Inquirer as one of the Top 10 Local Releases of 2010.
