Thomas D. Kenny, Esquire has been a practicing lawyer in Pennsylvania since 1996. Mr. Kenny previously worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting cases for the Major Trials Unit.

Mr. Kenny left for private practice in 2005 to focus on criminal defense, real estate litigation, and personal injury work. Mr. Kenny has tried over two thousand cases in his career (and worked on thousands more, which did not proceed to trial). Mr. Kenny loves to be in the courtroom fighting for his clients.

Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Kenny, and I had the complete opposite experience. Every single person I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me understand exactly what was going on and what I needed to do to resolve it. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and got me the exact outcome I was looking for. I can't overstate how satisfied I am with their work. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone!

I was in a situation that was giving me a lot of anxiety in which we were being harassed and billed for money in a sublet situation. Tom very graciously and clearly explained the whole legal situation to me and how there was no legal ground to bill us on the side of the subleasers. Furthermore, he suggested that I could file a claim myself and then explained the whole process of doing so very clearly. I greatly appreciated Tom's legal aid and would definitely reach out to him in the future if the need arises.
