Be aware, you are not allowed to speak unless this person, literally, grants you the permission to speak (I'm referring to outside of any court environment). This person is extremely entitled with clear anger issues. He made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable throughout my ENTIRE interaction with him, provided zero sense of ease or clarity and became VERY hostile to the point where he threatened me, within 3 minutes of our total 7 minute and 14 seconds FIRST interaction ever, to "drop me" despite already paying him, due to, and these are his exact words: "I am speaking, if you don't like it....". (🤔). This person wants your money- he is not and does not care to look out for your best interest and providing quality care. This man is unhinged and some family members and myself have gone as far as considering to report him to the board considering the level of such unprofessional behavior exhibited in this department. It was disgusting, quite frankly.
