PLEASE BEWARE. Do extensive research on this lawyer before paying a single dime. Tahir Mella was suspended from the Bar of this Commonwealth for one year and one day, effective March 14, 2021. YOU CAN FIND THE COURT DOCKETS ONLINE. Reasons for suspension: -Failed to provide competent representation (halfwit) -Failed to abide by a client’s decisions concerning the objectives of representation -Failed to consult with the client as to the means by which they are to be pursued -Failed to abide by the client’s decisions -Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the client’s informed consent -Failed to consult with the client about the means by which the client’s objectives are to be accomplished -Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation -Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (crook) -Pursued frivolous (BS) litigation & MORE. STAY AWAY.

Hired Law Firm

In 2018, one of the attorneys at this firm took my immigration case and failed to inform me about the Master Hearing that was to be held on Feb. 3, 2023. As a consequence, I did not know I had a Master Hearing and now I am facing deportation. I went to the office and asked to see and speak to the lawyer, Justin Silberg but was told by the receptionist he was no longer with this company. Well, I will be requesting a refund because this law office and its agents were negligent in the handling of my case.
