About Stewart R. Singer

Mr. Singer is a founding member of Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP. Mr. Singer concentrates his practice in the areas of Construction Litigation, Products Liability, Environmental Law, Mass and Toxic Torts, Insurance Coverage and Insurance Broker Liability. His experience includes handling construction liability and construction defect claims and long term chemical exposure claims. He has represented a wide variety of clients concerning claims arising out of both premises and products liability. Mr. Singer has also successfully tried to verdict numerous asbestos personal injury cases. Mr. Singer has served as defense counsel for several multi-national corporations and closely held businesses coordinating litigation, discovery and risk management advice. He has also lectured and written on various procedural and liability issues to insurance carriers and corporate clients.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
