Kerry reviewed a purchase contract for a house that we were attempting to buy without a real estate agent. It was a time-sensitive process and she was able to review the purchase contract the same day it was sent. She caught several errors in the contract, including the absence of a mortgage contingency that we had agreed upon with the seller - the contract as written obligated us to purchase the house even if we were unable to get a mortgage. Catching this error was huge, as it turned out the house violated a zoning ordinance and could not be appraised without what would have been significant time and expense. We really appreciated Kerry's promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
