Prompt Communications.
Horrible experience...had a hernia mesh case. Was initially told I would be getting 500,000 for my injury. When it was close to settlement time was then told I had no case and would only get 2,500 dollars. Makes no sense. Crooks all of them. No communication when you call. Would never recommend this firm EVER!!!
When I first contacted this group via their partner firm, I explained that I was previously working with another firm but requested to be released as they were acting like bullies. I further explained that I had a deadline to have a new attorney file something to verify my address or risk having my case fully dismissed. They initially sent a welcome letter. At the very last minute, they said that they could not represent me because my case was initially filed by the original firm. I now fully understand why attorneys are considered snakes and not to be trusted. So disgusting.
CALLED TO THE NUMBER A WOMEN ANSWERED AS WE SAID HI AND START TO TALK, SHE HANGED UP CLLED AGAIN ASKED FOR OFFICE MANAGER SHE NEVER CONECT OUR CALL. HER NAME WAS JASMIN DISGUSTING SERVICE WE PUT THIS IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA TILL ONE OF THE ATTORNEYS SEE IT AND STOP PUTTUNG PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE THAT THEY HAVE ZERO LEVEL OF MANNER.
ABSOLUTE criminals! My case has been ongoing for 9+ years and no further ahead than day one. However they collected the part of the settlement that was theirs. Do yourself a favor and find a different firm.
