is a solutions-focused commercial trial attorney. Mr. Zabaneh represents a diverse group of clients, including public and private companies, financial institutions, venture capitalists, and private equity funds. He is a member of the Commercial, Securities, and Antitrust Litigation Section of the firm's Trial Practice Group.
Mr. Zabaneh represents clients in antitrust/distribution, securities/corporate governance, breach of contract, and trade secret litigation, including high-stakes class action litigation. Mr. Zabaneh has substantial courtroom experience having appeared in dozens of state and federal court trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, government investigations, and mediations.
In addition to managing all aspects of litigation, Mr. Zabaneh frequently advises clients in connection with business transactions designed to avoid or resolve litigation, including the negotiation of complex transactions as solutions to disputes. He collaborates with a team of lawyers in the firm’s reorganization, corporate, healthcare, and employment practice groups to provide clients with comprehensive and efficient service.
Mr. Zabaneh is active in the community and the firm. He has organized the firm’s annual City Year Community Service Project, which provides books and supplies to local schools, and he has received several awards for his commitment to pro bono legal work. He also serves as a mentor for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity .
Mr. Zabaneh is the Vice Chair of the firm's Recruitment and Retention Committee and is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
