With over three decades of courtroom experience, Robert A. Huber, Esquire, has devoted his career to securing justice for injury and accident victims. He founded Huber & Palsir, LLC in June 2007 following partnerships at Etkin & Huber, LLP and Yankowitz, Etkin and Huber, LLP. Robert’s trial work includes bench and jury verdicts in motor vehicle, slip/trip and fall, and medical malpractice cases. Over the last 25 years he has overseen numerous seven-figure recoveries and major workers’ compensation matters, and he handles particularly complex claims such as delayed cancer diagnoses, missed stroke treatment, and construction-related injuries from crane negligence and welders’ flash. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Nebraska and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law, and maintains membership in the American Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. Outside the office he is a father of three active in his parish.
