About Robert Alan Huber

Robert A. Huber, Esquire, an expert in personal injury law, has dedicated over 35 years to assisting injury and accident victims. He founded Huber & Palsir, LLC in June of 2007 after serving as a former partner at Etkin & Huber, LLP and Yankowitz, Etkin and Huber, LLP. With extensive experience as a litigator, Robert has successfully tried bench and jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice cases. Over the last 25 years, he has managed numerous seven-figure personal injury and significant workers compensation cases. His expertise includes complex matters such as delayed cancer diagnoses, timely stroke treatment failures, and construction accidents resulting from negligent crane operations and welders' flash injuries. Robert holds a degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska and earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. Beyond his professional commitments, Robert is a devoted father of three and actively participates in his parish community.
