Case took three years. My only complaint is that he didn't think to place a lien on the man's house since his insurance policy wasn't enough to pay the judgment.
Currently, I am in the middle of my case and I have not settled yet. So far, he has been in constant communication with me, so I can't complain. Ask me these questions again after I settle, and it may be different.
Each person handling my mothers case had a different story and one in particular Beth changes her story each time I talk to her no written communications told them to settle then they went forward without permission great got $8,500 more for the case but wasn't authorized after again being told by my father on 9/15/2025 to settle the case we were told we would receive an emailed letter 7-10 days with both settlement amount 25k and 30k never got it called now was told o you need to raise the estate that was not our last conversation was you said you would send a letter then you had to make sure their were no liens that would take 60 days I was taking your letter we never received to the surrogates office your firm is unethical and I will be following a complaint with the PA and NJ bar Association.
I hire rand spear on two cases one an auto accident from 12/18/2013 and a slip and fall from 02/22/2014 and the law office of Rand spear and I am emphatically disappointed and unsatisfied at this point. I have been requesting the necessary paperwork to be filled out from this firm since I applied for a lawsuit loan on December 12th 2015 loan company approved the loan and Send CHECK to rand spear.it is February 12th 2016 that two months since sign was I fi stay far away Fromlaw firm of Rand spear
first of all the case was a clear cut case i was rear ended had witness, police report and the driver said it was her fault. this was oct 2009 this is aug 2011 and i have not received a dime. I have made call to there office a lot of times i never received a call back it made me feel like i was bugging them but i had to remember they work for me. I later found out they had a chance to settle but never informed me. i strongly suggest never use that law firm. never never never.very unprofessional
