Mr. Schultz concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate matters, immigration, real estate/zoning, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schultz worked for several years in the banking industry and as a financial planner.
Mr. Schultz attended Rutgers University’s dual degree program, receiving his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business, from which he graduated with Highest Honors. Mr. Schultz also holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University School of Business, where he graduated with High Honors. He is a member of both the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honors Society for business students and the Rutgers Athenaeum Honors Society.
Community involvement, public service, and pro bono volunteer initiatives are very important to Mr. Schultz. He serves as a Board Member and Vice President of the Moorestown (NJ) Business Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the interests of local business and giving back to the community. Mr. Schultz also serves a general counsel for the Delran (NJ) Business Association. Previously, he served as a member of the Delran Township (NJ) Recreation Advisory Committee, a township committee responsible for planning community recreation events, and as a member of the Delran Township Zoning Board of Adjustment (2004-2016), serving as Chairman of the Board from 2008-2012.
Mr. Schultz resides in Moorestown, New Jersey, with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association. He enjoys time with his family, playing men’s league soccer, attending area cultural events, and following the local Philadelphia sports teams.
