He was hired the first week of March It is now mid april He did NOTING on the case He told me he wrote the defendent a letter. I asked to see the cc of it "I do not send you all the letters i send out" Finally, he admitted that he did not write a letter and that was only when i fired him. Did not return texts, emails. His assistant Jocelyn was not good either. My new attorney is wonderful. so glad i fired Mr. McDermott.
