Walter is the Best in his field. I was his client between 2009 and 2011. I can only say nothing but great things about Walter and his work. If anyone has difficult divorce Walter is the only attorney to go to. Again, he is the Best in his field.
Absolutely one of the greatest litigators I have ever seen. Knows the PA Rules of Civil Procedure and PA Rules of Evidence to a degree that is unheard of. Does not waste your time (and money) or the Courts'. Knows exactly what is important and does not waste anyone's time or money on other things. Most importantly, he also cares, which is very unusual in such a tough and effective litigator. There is no one I would rather represent me on any issue than Walter McHugh.
McHugh is a cookie cutter lawyer. He knew the custody/visitation order before the hearing. I gave him $5,000 retainer. After hearing he mailed bill summary. It showed $4,000. When I asked him for refund he threatened to sue me for harassment. McHugh has no morals.
When I hired Mr Perri I beg him to negotiate a positive out come for my son. I knew my son might have do time but not the time Mr Perri counseled my son before the bar of the bar of the court to accept. The jury of peers that was initially picked were all not jury of peers in relationship to my son race. In fact the DA added an extra year before the bar of the court. He took 20 thousand for a plea bargain case. My son was not aggressor in this case. The victim came out the house to confront my son. My son was dating a women who gave two witness statement. Second statement was threatened to have her children taken and arrested because she accompanied my son to her sister's boyfriend house . All witnesses were family members and two friends of the two young men who lived in the house. Mr Perri never even make an effort to prepare my son for a trial. His testimony at the Evidentiary Hearing made it clear. I pray everyday that the truth be told regarding my son's case.
