He moved too slowly. I didn't think he put in much effort in my case.
Mr. Weaver was not a criminal lawyer, he should have never accepted the case. He allowed an 18 year old to become a witness against himself; which means the 18 year old constitutional rights were violated at the hands of this so called lawyer. He lied and said that the 18 year old had an agreement with the state; it was a lie. The 18 year pleaded guilty because of this so called agreement. 6 1/2 years later; he is still fighting to get his rights back. Tell the Truth Luther set your soul free.
