Hired Law Firm

From a two hundred thousand dollar settlement, they took over eighty thousand while I received fifty-two... I suffered a stroke, bi-lateral PE and loss of gallbladder and they got more than I did which is worse than what the medication did to me. The amounts changed, the medical lien information changed and nothing was clearly explained before the settlement agreement in terms of what the percentages would actually mean for me. I thought they were looking out for me. They were looking to get.

Hired Attorney Howard J. Sedran

Client Fishbein, was named partner. Forced 2 settle case against will. Case in court 14 years. firm atty call me 7x in 2 1/2 hrs come down to under 211,000. Pa Supreme court: defendant testimony perjury. Overwhelming amt proof negligence, malpractice and lifetime disfigurement and pain Crying said just get rid of it. Next day call write Fishbein I not accept settlement He insisted I had to. 3 wks later defendant named sect health nominee 4 Pa. Sedran namd partner had know Fishbeins betrayal

Hired Attorney Arnold Levin

Levin named partner when firm called levin Fishbein Sedran and Berman. Fishbein forced me to settle a case against my will. Told him in writing and phone I did not accept it within 2 days of forcing me to Case in courts for 14 yrs then within 3 weeks of the forced settlement defendant doc nominated as Pa Sect of health. Appears collusion with other side andno way named partners would not have known

Took appeal Proof malpractice negligence Pa.Court say defendants testimony perjurious. He prepped no witness including me, hired no doc but 1 got and forced me to accept settlement said I refused. Within 3 wks force me accept it defendant named Pa Sect health nominee . He did virtually no work Dr.caused permanent disfigurement & made such mess no other doc able fix med condition.Appears colluded w opposing counsel He never deny https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R12rJd7BlvU&feature=youtu.be
