After numerous attempts to reach Mark and his partner Jeremy Rosenbaum they informed me back in November 2024 I would receive a copy of my case file and times records by the end of the year. I never heard from the again despite emails reminding them of their promise. Mark was referred to me by Console Mattiacci Law, LLC. Also, they hired Detek Liedel as the paralegal. This is a major example of poor legal representations.
Signed an agreement on Jan. 26,2019. My case was submitted on Apr. 23, 2020. Should have been submitted by Mar. 1, 2020 to meet statute of limitations. I was informed of this by a colleague Nov. 2024 stated in a published document from the courts. I stated in writing I did not want to sign a confidentiality agreement. He sent a letter 5 days later to the defendant stating I agreed to a confidentiality agreement and would not resend. He proceeded with depositions from the defendant and never informed me. I was not able to participate in my own case. I did no receive the depositions until Jan. 2023. Jan. 18, 2023 during settlement discussion he was not prepared, did not defend me or show evidence in my case. He stated he submitted a brief sometime in 2022. To date I have not seen that document. He refused to appeal Judges Opinion. Do not hire this attorney. He does not respect his clients, communicate or demonstrate any honesty.
After a prospective employer breached an employment contract, I sought counsel and received recommendations for Mark. I spoke with him early August and he promised to research my case and get back to me the following week. He never called back. I followed up again with a text on Aug 8, a voicemail on Aug 15, and another voicemail Aug 24. I called again today, and he sent me to voicemail after I provided my name to Google voice service. I would recommend seeking a more professional attorney that follows up with their commitments.
This lawyer is a fraudster and gives lawyer-ship a bad name. At first, he acted like he were the last trustworthy lawyer on the planet. But after attaining his goals, the contract and retainer fees, he held few client-lawyer meetings with significant remoteness between meetings dates He was displaying remiss and tiresome slowness. Not to mention, he omitted vital evidence; and, neglected filing responses and discovery opportunities including deposing the defendant and interrogating witnesses. In addition, he missed statutes of limitations despite his experience of 30+ years. Bottom line, I don't recommend him at all for unethically appeasing my adversary or defendant on the expense of my reputation and rights. Besides, he's unscrupulous and unprofessional for keeping our communications about the matter scarce and/or cut off; not filing, without informing me first, a response as directed by Judge; and missing statutes of limitations as mentioned above.
Terribly inept. Dishonest in his willingness to defend his clients. Seeks to avoid trial and collect fees plus a settlement. Intentionally omitted vital evidence in my case to appease the other side in hopes of reaching a meager settlement. Demonstated zero knowledge of the core issues involving discrimination and allowed his client's reputation to be slandered despite having a mountain of evidence to dispute claims. This attorney totally submitted to the will of the opposing attorney. A Fraud!
