Tom is the best a straight pit bull. I was truly amazed watching Tom in action in the courtroom it was great the other side knew they didn’t have a chance after he was done with them they just gave up because they knew they had no shot at beating him

Hired Attorney Thomas Bass

I hired him and he never rendered services nor answer emails. DO NOT HIRE THIS LIAR! If you do you will get what you paid,nthing. He gives other real lawyers that bad name they are given. Save yourself the time and money and seek another lawyer.

Hired Attorney Thomas Bass

I contacted Thomas J. Bass on 8 separate occasions to report and resolve violations of the PA Landlord-Tenant Act from tenants of one of his rental properties. Mr. Bass never responded to any of my personal calls or letters, nor did he respond to the Commission of Human Relations' invitation for mediation. According to City of Philadelphia records, Mr. Bass has been illegally collecting rents from these tenants (626 Wendover St, Philadelphia) since 2/2013 when his rental license expired.
