Prior to college, he was a two-time national champion at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School. He draws on the same work ethic and competitive drive that fueled his rowing success in his litigation practice.After graduating from Penn, McHale earned a full merit scholarship to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. There, he excelled in litigation-focused coursework and published an article in the Texas Environmental Law Journal, which was selected over submissions by practicing attorneys.McHale was raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Havertown with his wife and their son.He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
