Clancy Boylan is a Senior Trial partner and co-head of the National Trucking Program where he represents individuals and families across the country who have been catastrophically injured or killed in trucking and/or commercial motor vehicles collisions.
Clancy’s results speak for themselves. In just over six years at Morgan & Morgan he has recovered over $175,000,000 for his clients and has set numerous records in the Courtroom. In December of 2024, he obtained the highest motor vehicle verdict in Chester County history - $29 million. His courtroom success has led to multiple 7 and 8 figure settlements including: $23 million trucking settlement (2024); $7 million trucking settlement (2021); $6.6 million motor vehicle settlement (2024); $3.2 million trucking settlement (2020) and $3 million motorcycle settlement (2020).
Mr. Boylan’s leadership of the Pennsylvania offices of Morgan & Morgan has been routinely recognized, as he was selected as a Best Law Firm Mentor by the Legal Intelligencer at their annual Professional Excellence Award Ceremony in 2022. The year before he was one of nine attorneys across the state to be selected as a Distinguished Leader, due to his efforts in overseeing the substantial growth of the Philadelphia Office. Mr. Boylan has been selected as a Super Lawyer and/or Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2016.
Mr. Boylan graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he was a member of Duquesne’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program. In 2011, he won the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Mock Trial National Championship in Las Vegas. In 2012 he was selected as one of the top 16 trial advocates in the country to compete at Baylor Law School’s renowned Top Gun Competition.
