He called me repeatedly and made me drive hours to come to his office because he wanted to represent me on my slip and fall case. I signed a retainer with him. When he could not settle the case he asked the court to be removed as counsel because he did not want to pay the experts fees. The judge said no. Then he found another judge, made up lies about the case to persuade the judge to discharge him as counsel. He did this at the eve of trial. He is highly unethical.
