EB green card was a nightmare. He said the state job order missed company name and asked HR to redo the whole ads process. It got re-posted, even on Linkedin, and he didn't know why it's on there. My company got more than 50 resumes and was scared to proceed further. {para}I painfully resigned to save H1B time. The great part is there is NO PROBLEM with the 1st ads. My new attorney of new job says in my state company register with name on job order, it shows up on ads just not on the print preview.
I hired Mr. Doebbley was using the name "Jack", now he became a John. My interaction with him was very difficult, the information he provided was either wrong or incomplete. He either does not know all the options or he did not provide them to me. He told me I had to leave the US on a certain date. I hired another attorney that got me a green card before that date and now i am an American citizen. I think Jack or John like he calls himself now did not provide me with all the options.
Mr. Doebley did not offer me all the available choices and this almost cost me my status. He may not be aware of additional choices of simply does not know about them. He was also VERY difficult to approach. I got another attorney in the field that fixed the mistakes and I finally adjusted my status despite Jack's work.
