Joel is a member of GT’s Trial Practice Group. He concentrates on the defense of directors and officers in connection with fiduciary, fraud, securities class and derivative claims; businesses involved in M&A-related litigation, contract disputes, claims under the Lanham Act, commercial torts, consumer class action and civil RICO actions; and insurers involving all species of business and coverage/bad faith disputes.
