I have been a client for several years. She agreed to prepare and file my tax return also this year. I sent all the information required as every year 4 days before deadline. She texts me 1 hour before deadline (11 pm!) and writes "just wanted to check that you have filed your return?". When asking her to do it as agreed she refused, called me and yelled and screamed. In the end filed it in my name and not with her as 3rd party preparer, which is why I pay them. The day after she apologizes in writing for yelling but still refused to serve me in the future. Incredibly poor treatment of a regular client!
