Iddo Harel joined Ross Feller Casey in 2012 and has worked on a series of cases that have resulted in multimillion dollar recoveries.Among other noteworthy cases, Harel recently assisted founding partner Robert Ross obtain:• $17.8 million for a woman who suffered an amputation injury as a result of medical malpractice involving the mismanagement of sepsis• $9.3 million for a woman who suffered partial paralysis as a result of medical malpractice involving a negligent pain injection• $4.45 million for the family of a Philadelphia man who died as a result of systemic inflammatory response syndrome or SIRSPreviously, Harel practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, where he represented clients in matters involving pharmaceuticals and consumer products. Harel also practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he represented clients in personal injury, pharmaceutical and toxic exposure cases. In addition, Harel represented various clients and amici curiae in appeals to the United States Supreme Court.After relocating to Philadelphia, Harel practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he litigated product liability, medical malpractice, personal injury and other types of matters. Harel represented clients at trial and all other stages of litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Harel graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the law review and the winner of the Olin Fellowship in Law & Economics. Harel earned his undergraduate degree, with High Honors, from Wesleyan University. Harel is also a graduate of the S. Gerald Litvin/MLB Trial Academy. Harel is the author of a number of publications, including Preemption After Levine: A Practical Guide, Law360 (2009) and The Medical Monitoring Battle, New York Law Journal (2007).
