After earning his Juris Doctor and a master’s degree in business and finance in 1993, Mr. Pagano served as a law clerk to the late Honorable Anthony J. DeFino of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He gained invaluable experience during this time, observing prominent criminal cases and learning from one of Pennsylvania’s leading trial judges.
