George Codding is a Partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office and focuses his practice on insurance litigation, including premises liability, automobile and trucking matters, subrogation, and claims involving the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries.
George represents individuals, corporations, business entities, and self-insured organizations in a wide range of civil matters. He has also defended clients in employment and professional liability matters. George’s practice includes handling multi-party disputes and advising clients throughout all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. He brings a unique perspective to his practice with training in both the legal and medical fields. George holds a Joint Certificate in Law and Anatomy from Temple Law School and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, and has presented on traumatic brain injury cases and other civil litigation topics.
In addition to his litigation work, George served as a certified mediator for the Delaware Superior Court from 2018 to 2025 and received his Delaware Family Court Mediation Certification in 2019. He is licensed to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York and earned his J.D. from Widener Law School, Delaware School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
