Representation by Ben Folkman of Folkman Law Offices was among the most dismal experiences we have ever had. His handling of our case was spent engaging in meaningless correspondence with opposing counsel that did nothing to advance our claim or prepare our case for court. It simply drove up his billable hours. Folkman was dismissive of our concerns, exhibited an attitude of superiority, was arrogant, but perhaps most importantly, failed to listen.
