Fern Miller has been a civil litigator throughout her legal career. Her broad-based experience encompasses commercial litigation, environmental matters, toxic torts, products liability, consumer-claim defense, premises liability, and replevin matters. She previously represented and coordinated the defense of over 20 corporations involved in asbestos personal injury litigation from initial pleadings through trial,in her role as Legal Counsel with the Center for Claims Resolution.
At Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Fern handles matters from pre-litigation claims, through trial and appeal. Her experience allows her to handle matters cost effectively while obtaining outstanding results in a wide range of civil-litigation matters. These include both high-stakes, large amounts at risk cases; and repetitive-type matters for clients that must be successfully defended in order to avoid poor settlements or verdicts that will lead to further matters and increased demands.
Ms. Miller is licensed and admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She received her B.A. from Penn State University and her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School.
