I had called around to several law firms with a very convoluted wrongful termination case. I could not get past the intake specialist. I called Eric's office and was met with the most compassionate and helpful staff. Listened and were empathetic. Initially I was turned down, but I asked for someone to reevaluate. Someone got back to me immediately. At that point I had been put on administrative leave and not formally fired, and I was told that they did not take cases until then. I was disappointed but I understood. That same day I received a call back from Eric himself, saying that he would like to help. He could not have been more helpful and kind. He offered to write a demand letter anyway. I accepted and I was contacted. I was eventually formally fired and he took me on as contingency. The attorney I was placed with was very good at realizing how off the judge was. During my hearing the judge called me by the wrong name numerous times, and had incorrect information numerous times also. I was denied benefits, but instead of letting me go, she stuck with me and agreed that the judge didn't do a very good job at obtaining the correct information, and is appealing his opinion, where most lawyers would probably have let me go at that point.
