I contacted this firm regarding a prospective class action litigation. In my first call I was asked to forward some information on the matter which I promptly sent. The person I spoke with, Jessica, assured me Mr DeNittis would be reaching out to me within the week. After ten days and hearing nothing from Denittis Osefchen Prince I began calling them back. After not being able to reach anyone, on the 5th day Jessica finally called back and advised Mr. DeNittis was not even willing to speak to me. DeNittis Osefchen Prince wasted 2 weeks of my time. I strongly recommend you do not reach out to them in hopes of being treated efficiently and competently.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
