Superior Approach = Exceptional Results.  My criminal defense practice incorporates a holistic approach to your particular case.  My clients benefit from my experience and unique ability to find holes in the government's case.  Your best chance at getting the outcome you want and deserve, requires you to retain an attorney who will do the hard work and develop a solid defense.  This is one area of law that requires significant attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.  Equally critical to achieving successful results in the courtroom, requires constant communication throughout the entire legal process.  This customer service focused approach is necessary in building trust and confidence between an attorney and their client.  I pride myself on developing personal connections with my clients.  I make sure I'm available to anwser questions and ease the concerns of my clients who are facing tough challenges and uncertainty.  My clients know, regardless of whether it's day or night, when they call -- I answer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
