    Winning a jury verdict on behalf of a plaintiff provider of websites,

    Winning a defense verdict after a four-week jury trial on behalf of an importer of close-out goods in an action brought by a major international manufacturer of sporting goods for trademark

    Obtained a preliminary injunction on behalf of a provider medical supplies

    -practice employment class action resting on sophisticated statistical analysis
    complex expert testimony.
    Defense of a company in a race discrimination
    retaliation case that settled in the middle of a jury trial.
    Other: Obtained a multimillion-dollar judgment against Prince, the artist, on behalf of a fragrance manufacturer for fraud in connection with the development of Prince's fragrance 3121.
    Winning a jury verdict on behalf of a plaintiff in a Section 1983 civil rights action on a pro bono basis.
