Before reaching out to Casey Green, of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green, I did a lot of research on finding the best employment attorney in Eastern Pennsylvania, who also have successful trial litigation experience as well. Based on reviews and other data I was able to find, I solely narrowed in on Casey and am extremely happy that I did. There were a lot of different directions I felt we could have gone with my claims but ultimately, my goal was to be paid for earned commissions, so we narrowed down on my entitlement to those earned commissions. It was clear that my former employer had no desire to pay any of those owed commissions but Casey was able to diligently work with their legal team, citing numerous cases where the courts leaned in my favor, and ultimately got a settlement that seemed almost impossible to achieve, without taking them to court. We were willing to take this to court, but in reaching a settlement, I believe it saved money and even more importantly, a lot of time.

Casey Green was a formidable beacon of hope at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed virtually impossible. Casey Green is one of the partners of this firm, with whom I had pleasant interactions in which he consistently displayed prompt responsiveness, timeliness, and extensive knowledge in business law in PA. In dealing with a legal matter together, Casey did his best to keep my interests and business objectives at the center of every decision I made, with all the legal information I needed to understand potential gains and/or exposure. Sent an email on Sunday for consultation. Casey Green immediately called me. He also, followed-up with an email that day. We got in contact with each other, did not beat around the bush, and answered all my questions and concerns! He got me what I needed promptly and took care of me! So happy through google I came across Casey. When a few lawyers in my home state did not take my case, I thought it was a long shot reaching out to Casey being that he is located in PA. We never physically met, but I am more then happy with the outcome of my case. Casey is very compassionate and will work very diligently to best service his clients. I recommend him to anyone that wants representation from someone who actually listens and knows what he's doing.
