Ana C. Montalban, Co-Chair of Somos GT, Greenberg Traurig’s Latino Affinity Group, is a practical, solutions-driven lawyer. She counsels clients on diverse public finance matters, with an emphasis on disclosure and municipal securities issues.

Ana advises clients on publicly and privately offered financings in a wide array of sectors, including general government, airports, highway, bridge, high-speed rail, and other infrastructure projects, economic development projects, higher education, water and sewer utilities, real estate-based lending, asset securitizations and 144A offerings.
